The challenge
Freelancers and small businesses sign contracts they don't fully understand: abusive payment terms, full transfer of intellectual property or courts in another country. Paying a lawyer for every contract isn't always viable.
The solution
You scan the contract with the camera or upload a PDF. The app extracts the text, analyzes it with AI, rates each clause by risk and explains the consequence and the applicable law. An assistant answers questions about that specific contract.
Under the hood
The app never talks to the AI provider directly. A custom Node.js backend holds the key, prompts and model, validates an app token and rate-limits requests. It ships with a privacy manifest and a local legal knowledge base.
